Returns

In case you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return the goods without any problems and possibly agree on an exchange for a more suitable size or a completely different product.

The whole process will only take a few days and then you can look forward to a new package or a refund. Another option is a gift voucher for the original order value, should you not choose immediately.

How exactly do I return or exchange my order?

1. Fill out the return form found at this link
2. You pack the goods in the same way you received the package (cardboard box)
3. On the return form you will find the return code from the parcel company
4. Dictate the return code to 93223912 at the drop-off point or enter it in the Parcel app and send it back to us (you have 14 days from the time you pick up the parcel)
