Returns and Claims

In KICKSPLACE, returning goods (withdrawal from the contract) is very simple

You can return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt, after the 15th day it is not possible to accept a return.

Returns can only be accepted under the following conditions:

The goods must be in their original condition.
The goods must not show any signs of wear or other wear and tear
The goods must be fit for resale
The goods as such include the trainers, the box of trainers and any other accessories (e.g. spare laces, souvenirs, etc.)
The goods must be packaged and sent in the same way as you received the package (double box with padding)
In the event that the returned goods are damaged or devalued in any way, the claim may not be accepted and the goods will be sent back to the customer.

The procedure by which you can return your order or part of it:

1. you contact us to request a return or exchange and fill out a short return form.
2. You pack the goods in the same way you received the package (cardboard box)
3. You get a return code from us
4. Dictate the code at the point of delivery or enter it in the parcel app

If all the conditions for returning the goods are met, the money will be refunded to the account specified by you within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
